XVIII Junius MMXIX

A perfect day starting the new year marked with day of birth. With light clouds and a stillness that allows bird’s songs to carry and resonate, the sun sheds it golden light thru the trees on S Meadow Ridge onto the corner estate known as 49-oh-one or simply the cloud.

Yes, that’s correct. I am still celebrating my birthday but no longer counting. The entire month is always so grande it flies by sadly.

Yesterday it was full recovery mode after Father’s day company and various activities.

We drove up just north of Bonham in Fannin county and picked blueberries but also caught the plums and peaches at Jenkins farm. Processing continues here in the test kitchen while FB, S2 motored back to Houston with theirs on ice to freeze, can or just eat.

Little GS1 does alright for himself just as they are. I mean he was finding blueberries on the ground were easier to pick up and eat than off the tree (bush). And forget peaches from the tree for they were out of reach regardless. Fortunately for everyone a ripe one picked by Mom kept him busy long enough to forget about the ground fruit.

But let’s open the dictionary according to Bill, ‘weather, perfect day.’

Mostly sunny, 22° occasionally breeze, high 33°. Low humidity.

Listen, I have a number of items to address and must cut & post for now. I see or saw it has been about six (6) days since my last confession and could NOT pass up this opportunity.

Ciao for now.
