Christmas +1

D as in Dreary, Dreadful and December this morning. As the entry tries valiantly to break thru, I think it will as things will return to form and ‘normal’ rather quickly.

SO HOW WAS YOUR CHRISTMAS?

It was good to great. S1 & his gf showed up late which nearly crashed my plans but it worked out.

Long-distance and remoted via text and calls with balance of Family.

The turkey was grande, 18-plus pounds of perfection that will begin processing today. Later this morning in fact.

Pineapples went on sale at local K-roget $0.99 with card and I bought six (6). The Plan is to trim, cut and chop during daylight hours and after dark when the electric stove runs for free rending it down and pop into the water bath. Looking forward to the fresh pineapple juice, jam, conserve AND more plants !!!

Warmer again later today so another bike ride is on the docket. Yesterday was a quick fast ride as early afternoon it got up to 21°C, the construction on the sidewalk was ‘half-open’ and of course there was NO TRAFFIC. Parking lots were empty and shortcuts were taken. So I zipped around and got the three (3) laps in well within the hour.

That’s about it and all I am feeling at this moment.

I’ve got to make some sort of plan for the plan(s) to prioritize.

It’s all very complicated but if I can’t handle it, just bury me.
