Out of stream and gas …
Today’s range session was stellar Thanks for asking. If I were to tee it up today at CCC, I would CONFIDENTLY self-proclaim me ‘READY.’
A short bucket well-over 90% solid only 1 sour shot, 2,3 no more than 4 ‘not-so-solid’ and the cup runneth over with supreme confidence and I am here to tell you it IS MARVY. Think pent up energy looking for an outlet.
At this level, at this point, you (one … ME) just wants to tell people to get out of the way. POR FAVOR.
Strong, powerful and one ( … me) knows it will not last. HOWEVER truly enjoying the moment.
On the way home from the range I stopped at Franconia local brewery and bought some ‘fresh’ bier. The tripel dunckel (10.35% ABV) is as good as it gets. Chocolate hints make it suitable option for a dessert beer.
Moving along, it is mid-afternoon and I am SO DONE.
Honestly here, today, right now it is like a perfect mid-summer day in NY. I am considering a dip in the cement pond. But then again I am thinking, considering and pondering a vast number of ‘things’.
It is going to be dark before you (I) know it and quite a few things have fallen off the docket as a direct result of the ABV so manana on that, those or them.
At the range, I was situated next to an old geyser whose name I learned was Mike. He had a shoulder replaced (?) or some sort of surgery on that region. I axed him if he was a pitcher as a result of such and injury and he was. At one time. In high school.
We visited and chatted it up. I gave him a few pointers because being so close I could tell by the sounds of his strikes he was not doing well. He tried a few of the tips and told me that was much better.
So that was a lift as well. Spreading the Joy as I call it.
OK. This has been a blast so far but I can only share so much and before it gets out of hand, I MUST dash.
So DASHING all the way …
Adios.
Bill out.
