Retooling and trying again. New month, new attitude sort of and much chaff to toss up into the wind looking for wheat or, dropping the ‘e’ what ?

Rousing and ready to rip it up this morning. Rolling in fine fashion.

I am delighted to report that the unseasonal weather has allowed training rides on consecutive days and the slightest of weight gains trending has reversed and actually turned down this morning.

The morning is spectacular, I have done some painting and more creativity looks promising

Site traffic has experienced a hiccup which is great versus a hicdown so Thank YOU for checking in which translates directly to support. I must or can’t help but think that SOMETHING is going right and hopefully it is good.

I am struggling with ‘Christmas spirit’ so far this year. I am seriously thinking taking timeout and just be a spectator. Just not feeling it so this is the first heads up. NOT doing all those things this year so do not look for a card, annual newsletter as I will be doing a ‘hard reset.’ I will gather a new list of them (those ?) that send and thus will generate a list for NEXT year when hopefully things turn around.
