ALWAYS great to get back home after an extended trip on the road.

Dorothy nailed it when she landed after the journey to Oz. There is NO PLACE like it. Home that is.

HOW WAS THE TRIP? DETAILS POR FAVOR …

I think it was Tuesday or perhaps Monday night the weather forecast nudged along the decision process and rain, sleet and frigid temperatures were all I needed to hear and alter the Plan(s). Conditions for the ‘perfect storm’ saw the schedule pulled in and an early liftoff was executed BEFORE the White Death arrived.

Two (2) nights in Houston at the hotel near the hospital where S1 remains a patient before moving the base of operations to Paradise South and the mad house that managed by the little grandies. It was unseasonably cool there as well and getting a late start Friday and a longer than planned drive put your intrepid correspondent in Corpus Christi (CC) early afternoon I think around 2:30-something.

I-37 ends right at the water and then finding the gallery was fairly easy.

Anyway, I have to cut this off because I am feeling compelled to issue an op-ed on World Affairs developing RIGHT NOW as we speak. This is important and may have career implications so yes, it IS important.

Too bad and so sad the general population broadly speaking isn’t just a skosh more savvy on history.

Perhaps if tv, social media, alcohol and drugs were all not so pushed, popular or perverted, they might have the TIME to engage and learn but again, the nature of the species would not suggest heavy betting.

National borders in that region have changed so many times going way back to Biblical times. This is not even ‘news’.

It’s my OPINION and I BELIEVE I am ENTITLED to that and if you agree, that’s fine and if you don’t, just go away and rip down a statue or make some such nonsense or go ahead and make viciousness on twit or facetime. I REALLY DON’T care.

I am considering buying a Ukrainian flag, hanging it out and praying for the Ukrainian people. Period.

While I struggle and continue to avoid ‘media’ coverage of the debacle, I fail in rare moments. I realize and by now you should as well as whatever, WHATEVER you are seeing or reading, SOMEONE is EDITING it and PRESENTING it with THEIR BIAS and SLANT. OR the government’s own spin to placate the masses, revive polls and secure future elections. It's PROPOGANDA.

I saw a 'Security alert' from DHS warning of MDM. This would be 'mis-, dis- and/or mal-information'. This RESONATED WMD during the run up to an Iraq war and Weapons of Mass Destruction which BTW also was a hoax. DO YOU SEE History REPEATING and worse, the PATTERN?

When you take a step back, and make the critical view and assessment, the whole thing becomes appalling, disgusting and despicable and the characters, principle characters, are ALL reprehensible worthy of punishment for capital offenses. Hanging in the square is a strong option, electrocution is not cost effective, firing squad is too emotionally damaging to the shooters. Now the guillotine might just draw wild cheering crowds and gravity has not to my knowledge failed to move the blade in teh proper direction. I mean some of these people are DESERVING. So deserving.

Anyway, both grandies have birthdays next week and I have cool gifts for each in process. The up side is I will likely be bumped during the actual dates so later is OK.

To wrap up and FINALLY, I have art projects now in two (2) galleries sitting, being viewed and could be sold at any moment. A third public display forum has an application in for two (2) pieces for six (6) months and the rest of the schedule is in place for the last half of the year.

Life is good, life is MANAGEABLE.

Not ALWAYS easy, often difficult but it can be NAVIGATED SUCCESSFULLY.

Be STRONG, PRAY and act like God is watching.
