WHOA Nellie !!

I have taken a leap, QUANTUM LEAP, here with the new blog & accompanying website.

It is a bit overwhelming however I shall proceed undaunted & if you are a regular subscriber, you know the old site was good & functional up to a point but over time it was crumbling in small stages. Losing the rich text editor was probably the straw that broke the camels back but enough of that & we go FORWARD.

And YES, this is an actual photo of me surfing during the buisness trip to HI in Oct '12.

I am struggling furiously, ferociously & with frustration to organize this site, get it published & up & running. There are moments, nanoseconds actually, when I wonder if I may have bitten off more than I can chew or digest.

Think taking a surfing lesson on the beach, yeah, dry land, then going IMMEDIATELY to the North Shore & expect to jump on one of those 50 footers & shoot the pipeline.

That’s where I am at.

I went to Mass this morning, earliest possible, instead of the Saturday night vigil. It was awesome as it always seems to be. The readings were very meaningful & spot on relevent which continues to amaze me.

But about 15 minutes in, the sun came out lighting up the sanctuary brilliantly from over the right shoulder. It was like God was saying ‘Thanks for coming this morning. Here is your reward …’

It rained severely last night so it was overcast, cool & cloudy when I left the fort and remains now sunny with a cold breeze outside as I start to tinker with this new assignment or task.

Listen, I could & would like to ramble on here now but cannot.

Rest assured more is on the way. I MUST get this thing to a point where I can post, publish & go ‘live.’
