Last of November
This is the LAST day of November AND should represent the FIRST offical entry into the new blog.
VERY EXCITING. I SHOCKED even myself with the new website & actually getting it all together, organized, up & running with my own LIMITED wits is once again a tribute to my parents, grandparents & other influencers both volunteers & paid that worked WITH me to help me get to this point where there is no fear taking on such a task THEN completing it.
So to them all, cheers & SALUTE.
The Top THREE (3) things today peeving, trending or just aggravating follow. But first, update on some current events.
I went to Mass again this morning early versus the Saturday vigil. First Sunday of Advent & Father Gus did a very good job with the Homily.
Virginia was here for Thanksgiving after making a very late reservation for a ‘package deal’, the entire second floor, mini-retiree boot camp PLUS the gourmet Thanksgiving feast. All for a tidy $25K. That’s what I like about her. She threw out the number & all I could say was OK. Then I promptly called Patty to ‘reschedule …’.
Back to the Top 3 …
Must work on a list of Christmas gifts. Due to recent financial straights, more gifts will be handmade than purchased this year & the list shorter. That’s ALL I can say for now. Some MAY appear in under the GALLERY or Shopping tab at a later date for to facilitate ordering.
Must also this day work on at least ONE (1) of the many other non-Christmas related projects. For Emma from Oz, I will post a progress picture of the large painting View from Dukes later today. It has been a while since I sent one & progress has been slow & limited so heads up. So I will share that.
I know I was missing for a while & I did do some entries that I will not post. They will be a give away gift to the first 500 (five hundred) new subscribers for joining & making good on their pledges. One entry includes COMPLETE recipes, formulae & concoctions for an outstanding Thanksgiving meal including the sides. So if you don’t know what to do or how to act on this Holiday, I am at your service.
I guess that’s all for now. I know you know that I could go on & on & on but as I alluded to earlier, I have things to do.
Enough for now. Must move on & along.
