December First 2014
The First day of December and waking up to a new identitiy. A new toy & it isn’t even Christmas yet,
It is early & I am up organizing the day plan as there is much to do.
Yesterday afternoon was a treat & a delightful day with the mercury rocketing up to 25C. I did a short bike ride & felt invigorated, refreshed & recharged.
I saw a neighbor working in their yard so I commenced to forgo Sunday afternoon football and set about putting up outside Christmas decoration. Did that.
This morning already a huge set back. The turkey broth is gone. I guess I let it sit a day too long. Suspicious little bubbles were actively forming on the surface & an ever so slightly sharp taste indicating acid production told me it has to go.
So I may do another smaller turkey at Christmas more for the broth than the meat. Dang shang alang.
It was interesting going live with the site yesterday. Emma from Oz was the first to check in & report that the eagle had landed. From the other side of the planet no less. Second was from Zurich & VA wants to discuss some finer points. I told her this was good & we could talk about it the next time she came around or sooner if she had the time.
Today I need to work on the Christmas letter, finish the design on the card, Christmas projects & also some non-Christmas projects so I don’t fall too far behind on those. And make some plans.
Bill’s escort service will be open this coming weekend. Party with VA in Austin. Security force will protect the fort.
Must spend some time cleaning the living areas. Patty is coming over tonight for supper to start soothing those feathers after the Thanksgiving aborted plan.
Also, need to finalize gifts, wrapping & shipping schedules to all get to the appointed destinations on time. That feeling of can’t wait until its over is starting …
Yeah, the turkey broth had gone bad. The sour taste is resonating in my mouth & stomach.
OK. The coffee is now ready & the remainder of the day plan awaits.
from the cloud … aloha
