WHAT ? AGAIN? I AM BEGINNING TO SEE A TREND DEVELOPING …

Jeepers Emma !! You think it is easy being a venture retiree ? Most people are amazed when I even mention no time for ___ (fill in).

‘You have ALL KINDS of time …’ says FB & SIS-I.

Well, that may be true to a certain extent but certainly NOT all of the time.

Let’s talk PRIORITIES for a minute.

This morning, scanning the countless, mindless broadcast emails touting & offering employment that seem to flood & congest my little inbox DAILY, low & behold I spot one of the keenest interest. Therefore I MUST act. I MUST put the crosshairs on this position, breath deeply & pull the trigger for the kill shot. This is one part art, one part craft (skill & experience) & one part magic. I am finding the magic the most challenging. This is number ONE priority. At the moment.

Number TWO is document in full boring, dripping & gripping detail recently completed journey to NM. The full photojournalistic account is now in demand once the word got out. I promise to supply pix, links & the spin of life on the road with Bill.

Number THREE is read. Concurrently reading two (2) self-help books each of which is taking time to digest. Rediscover Catholicism by Matthew Kelly & How Adam Smith Can Change Your Life by Russ Roberts should be the penultimate ‘self-help’ books & all I really need to finish out this life on this planet at this time.

WHAT? EXPAND PLEASE? SOUNDS LIKE ARE YOU PLANNING TO CHECK OUT OR CASH IN YOUR CHIPS ?

OK. You know how I hate to tease my reader.

Each book I am finding contains a certain to large degree of overlap. This is not totally unexpected as I have said before publically that nearly all proclaimed self-help books are merely repackaged common sense. The subject two are nearly parallel and the paths are converging at a focal or vanishing point. Think standing on a railroad track & staring out. In the far distance the tracks APPEAR to come together. Of course they do not but it is the appearance of coming together which is the point.
