Six Two & Odd

Surely.

Six-two & even was radio call acknowledgement by Detective Dick Tracy. With 2015 being ODD as in number, you arrive at todays cryptic title.

The technology went bust yesterday so two (2) entries may SEEM like a bonus today but it is NOT. Just a little delay in recorded history brought about by technology or in this case a lack off.

Today was a two (2) hour, serious training ride for HH100. The wind was bad, traffic slowed me down some & resulting totals were something like 43.47 km in 2:06. A little over target of 20 kn/hr, four (4) laps completed & there were points I didn’t think I was going to complete the session. The wind was too strong, the left hamstring had an achy pain & the seat was causing a pinch somewhere near the trunk requiring multiple in-flight adjustments.

Converted rate of travel was 12.5 - 13.5 MILES per hour which is acceptable. Most acceptable & even on track.

Some other good things taken away … the bigger water bottle was NOT better in this case today. Larger bottles will be better in the race proper but for training rides the shorter one fits in the frame rack better & is much easier to remove & replace while riding. Another rider passed that had a three (3) bottle rack mounted right behind the seat which I thought a clever & a great idea. Note to self investigate further fo possible purchase.

And it was a beautiful day here for a ride. Sunny & starting to warm up. The lagoon is not cycling nor clearing the water to my liking. I am running out of patience with the pool boy & the service of the company. It may be time for a change. One more week, maybe two if things don’t improve.

Tasty enough but one (1) is barely enough to get stuck between your teeth & requiring a piece of floss to remove for comfort sake.

Trending everywhere in the social media like crazy … Caitlyn Jenner. Not a big deal until later in a colateral read 'Caitlyn' is the new & improved version of ‘Bruce’. On the cover of Vanity (or Vanity Fair) magazine. I am guessing I am the only person on the planet that finds this ‘transformation’ disgusting. In therapist speak, how about obsessive narcissistic fixation ?

I mean can a MILLION facebook followers be WRONG ?

In pirate speak, me thinks someone needs to gather a life.
