Hey, that’s what I’m here for. To explain ALL of this mess.
So yesterday I put up the bluets, jam & whole fruit ‘raw packed’ basically berries in syrup. Already today I have worked out, cleaned up the little remaining mess from last night, showered, read and am next going for a training ride.
With the HH100 in late August, time to start picking up the pace. Yesterday was a two-a-day with ride in the AM & a walk/run latest PM. Weight was down below 80 kilos (79.8 kg actually 176) so eating right & creating a caloric deficiet does work. I am getting close & should be less than last year which should improve my performance not having to lug so much around the course.
Next from the cocina Guillermo is project cranberries. Creating room in the freezer I discovered a large bag of crannies so I am looking at cranberry jam and or cranberry conserve next. Possible add-ins include orange, peach, bluets, almonds, coconut, golden raisins & I am thinking SCRUMPTIOUS around Thanksgiving in lieu of sauce & traditional relish. Which is also off the chart & crazy good come to think of it. Will continue to ponder this one.
There is a Career Fair this afternoon from 4:00 – 7:00 at a local company I might be interested in working for & will be attending. NOT KEEN on getting dressed up, presentable and going out at that time of day. At all. However I must.

OK. I am rapidly running out of time so here is a brief clue.
Fennel seeds. Cult of Finule … the exact name is still in development.
Right now, I am carrying a very small plastic ziplock bag & take out three (3) seeds every now & then when I think of it OR need an e-cig replacement break. I am doing 3 seeds, 3 minutes. The beautiful thing is you can do it as long as you like. Five (5) seeds, 10 minutes. Set goals people & stick to them,
Let the seeds sit in your mouth, play with them, move them around & chew them. You can even safely swallow them. How cool is that ?
You can google on your time but health benefits of fennel are most impressive. The Ancients, Romans AND Greeks, used fennel & fennel seeds.
Among the health benefits are fresher breath, (always a treat), aiding in digestion, constipation and some women REPORT an INCREASE in sex drive. MAMA MIA !!
Also, fleas HATE it, it reduces flatulence (NOT eliminate here REDUCE only) and the list goes on. Isn’t that a gas ?

Tea today was hot, estate blend of Jamica blossoms, sumac berries & mint sweetened with stevia and now finished.
Also started some herbal sun tea of the same blended mixture.
What sort of IDIOT is drinking HOT TEA in July? In Texas ?
