ten one twenty-fifteen

Then sun is breaking over the horizon & thru the trees as we speak. A new day, a new month and a new season.

A clean sheet of paper, a new folder, a fresh start & all fired up to go.

So how long has it been anyway ?

As you may have guess or come to expect, yesterday was a big day. AND larger than life days & activities approacheth.

I actually COMPLETED several projects yesterday. YES !! A short batch of signage all turning out better than expected & anticipated. But more important, MUCH more important, I figured out a pricing scheme for the signs. Very exciting. Photos & scheme a little later in the broadcast.

Today at 9:30 the pool guy visits to get the spa squared away for the season. Must bubble & soak in style thru the Autumn (or Fall whichever you prefer) & early winter.

Golf charity event this Friday. TWO (2) days !! Started prep program yesterday securing permission to use practice facilities at local CC. More work today as it was u-g-l-y. Probably this will be a two-a-day for both mechanics & confidence. Event is a fund raiser (and tax deduction) for St Gabriel’s selected host charities. Habitat for Humanity is one, I forgot the other but does it matter ?

The Main or major priority and a large reason why I am even making time to create this report at this time is flexing my creative writing/ mental muscles to move on to write copy for my new tri-fold color brochure. This is a ‘must have’ for St Gabby’s Holiday Boutique to pass out. Sort of a mini-catalog, expanded business card and hard copy of the web site (think gallery tab) all rolled into one vehicle. Slick, subliminal & successful I am thinking.

Today’s image is recently completed signage for the show. This sign is three (3) ‘lines’ if you will. Three-line signs (again, THINK boards = lines) are $250 and /or $10 per letter. The letter restriction is to PREVENT long words or phrases with lots of TINY (read ‘nano’ ) when it comes to the carving process letters. IOW, the Gettysburg address on three lines is not going to happen. Just trying to discourage such requests or herding cats.

OK. Mission accomplished.
