24 O

We can start counting down now Fans. Officially two (2) months until Christmas.

An EXTREMELY RARE Saturday entry but I am up early in anticipation and I need to do a weather report. Let me get the Flo going …

The tea is hot, the estate mint blend, unsweetened, with juice from a half lemon squeezed, thoroughly. I could have gone either way this morning, iced, sweetened or not, or hot coffee. The lemon was previously cut & drying out so when analysis was completed, it was clearly & suddenly a no brainer.

The fore mentioned anticipation is for the work that I have to do today. It will be a blast. I went over to Cal’s yesterday to make a few cuts with a power saw. Very cool, even awesome. I borrowed a couple of painting books that combined have ALL the duck projects I am working to complete before the show so this will save beaucoup time.

Adding to the ambience is the ‘rain event’ we are currently smack in the middle of. The talking heads on telly are besides themselves wetting each other gushing with ‘flash flood watchs, warnings’ ad nauseum.

The west coast of Mexico is getting hammered right now, as we speak, but reports are that the hurricane is breaking up and should be downgraded later today.

But for now, right here, it is a nice, slow, soaking, gentle rain.

Earlier I dropped in a dvd for company & intelligent background white noise. A birthday gift to self from a few years back now. Top Cat. That’s right. The leader of the gang. He’s got Officer Dibble chasing his (Dibble’s) tail. Talk about in charge … TC was always large & IN CHARGE.

Yesterday I got the new brochures. They turned out very well. Part catalog, part expanded business card and part website rolled into the tri-fold template. It 'flows' very nicely with pictures, images & stories as one would expect.

I picked up enough components yesterday on the trip out to make another lamp. Perhaps that will be todays image. Repurposing an empty 1.75L bottle of Makers Mark. I have that process DOWN.

Nevermind and ignore the clutter & distractions in the background and of course it needs a shade but as you can clearly see, it looks good. Anywhere.

And it works.

With all the components, I can assemble & light the lamp in less than 10 (ten) minutes. If I could get $40-50 per, Ka-CHING.

WHAT ELSE ?

Nothing.

Bye.
