Fall is Here. 22 September

Fall or Autumn has officially arrived. Unless you are somewhere else such as Oz where Spring has just now sprung. Emma checked in with a full report and I cannot fall short of missing and NOT mentioning such an important event/happening here.

To be clear, this day will be kept sacred on Bill’s calendar. My alibi for said omission is that my mind has been occupied, I MIGHT go so far as to say ‘cluttered’ of late, with other … activities ?

Like today. Fine. Let’s take today as an example.

I first awoke and thought it was Saturday. I have to work today for the first time after four (4) days off. It wasn’t until I got up and was walking around in the dark when I reigned it. Hold it I said to self. Isn’t today Friday ?

So I checked the calendar & sure enough. It WAS/ IS Friday !!

I was up and running on all three (3) cylinders. I have lunch today with a former boss & co-worker. Errands & domestic drudgery etc before reporting to work & donning the orange at 3:00 pm for a short stint until 7:00.

The Oktoberfest in historic downtown McK starts this afternoon & I COULD stop in after work but probably not.

Since it runs all weekend, there will be other opportunities and besides, I do have other much more important things to do AND I don’t need to be out drinking, carrying on spending $$$.

OK.

Getting bore with this now and other activities are beckoning.
