Inauguration Day

It's FINALLY here !! The change in Leadership will happen today. Long, long overdue and I am truly AMAZED by the …

Sophomoric, juvenile whiney lib-tards still ‘protesting’ the election. As a wishy-washy therapist once said … ‘get over it’.

The media, once an honorable & trustworthy vehicle in American life, is now much better tuned out or best, just plain turned OFF. Examples would approach infinity.

One is SOOOOO much better off ignoring all the, the crap & garbage.

Even the on-line headlines reek with trash & drivel. While one (aka YOU) are reading or watching such nonsense that only serves to contaminate & pollute your mind, ideas & independent thought, you COULD BE doing something else MUCH MORE productive to either a) you, yourself OR b) others aka MANKIND. Do some of your own yard work.

Get a hobby. GET A LIFE !!

A Story from only a headline: Zuckerberg (fb king) is ‘suing’ Hawaiians over a land deal so he can increase the size of his estate there. The little puek. The comments after the article proper are the best part and priceless. One commenter called the little z a ‘sticky fingered little jew’. I think he nailed it.

Another said he stole the idea from a classmate while at Harvard where by the way he was a social outcast AND did not have the testies to finish & graduate. Andrew Keen rips him in his books ‘The Internet is NOT the Answer.’

***RESTART***

Post Script: A GREAT DAY. I got the hair cut, picked up some clearance items from Mike & Beverly’s and Mikey repaired an extension cord made by my Dad.

Between these appointments, there was a considerable time gap. I went to Fiesta, had lunch at the Fish Shack in Richardson and got some booze. The Fish Shack was a fab lunch and a story of some magnitude developed.

The place had been recommended and another friend told me it would be a great place to set out OR sell my fish carvings. With time to kill and having missed breakfast & consequently starving, I did the only natural thing I could do. I had lunch.

The line was longish and when I got to the order taker, I was ready. He was the owner and just the person I needed to speak with.

I placed my order and the seafood soup was hot and very good. The beer was reasonable for a shocker at $3.00/pint Kona Longboard draft. I finished the first one & when I went up for the second, it was time to strike.

I introduced myself to Frank as an artist as I handed him a b-card. I pitched fish & signs and he was interested. I axed him for a card with his email address to send a sign design & prices as well as some additional pictures of tropical fish. Bingo, bongo.

Also in there, I stopped in at Y & S Sports and did some business having some custom personalisation lettering & numbers put on my new Home Depot logoed shirt. I can sell them with my design, personalized for $50 and make a KILLING. More to follow.

While having lunch, some of the Inauguration was on. It really didn’t hold my attention nor interest.

And in transit home, in the rush hour traffic, FB rings in. With a nice Makers & coke in the well, she was all into the festivities. She was intrigued and fascinated which was good on her. I replied I had seen it before & had better things to do.

Anyway, it was a jam up jelly tight day all the way around. New leadership, new stuff and a potential deal of some significance in the mill. A meeting Monday for a very large art show in McK in April and things are looking up. WAY up.

Must run. Basking and enjoying this moment.

They don’t happen often enough and we need to see if we can up the frequency of the wins more often.
