A new day, recharged, a fresh page and a clean sheet of paper. Approaching 400 (!) entries here with the blog aka new testament so let’s jump in …

I am starting with some reservation(s) if this post will see thru to posting.

I jumped on the scale for a weight check this morning & for the first time since summer & the bike regimen the reading was EXACTLY 170.0. Not over mind you but right on it.

Time to address so a bike ride this day needs to be worked in or a walk. I drove by one of the little lakes here in Stonebridge Ranch and saw many ducks so I want to see which ones are passing thru.

Also, art project specifically ORDERS !! I have a shorebird to touch up and finish painting and I did start a very preliminary ‘process’ for doing the seascape replicating the initial effort. There is a LOT to this art business I don’t mind telling you. It helps having engineering training and pacifically a process orientation.
