Too busy for this Fans but making time just for you. Progress is being made on the beach scene & hummingbird commissions, another perfect day for painting inside and full speed ahead.

I have an audio book going on, Memorial Day a Mitch Rapp / Vince Flynn thriller. Good action and when I tire or it ends, I can head to the library & get the next one.

Much colder today but just as danque outside. I may have to venture out. I have done some job hunting already, some cleaning (Dreadsville) and I am thinking I very well MAY be ahead of the curve. In fact, I could be right on the crest as that wave is breaking.

I am planning on venturing out most likely this morning. I am in need of glass eyes (2-3 mm) for the hummer, some items to exchange in both libraries and then get back for meals & the duration working on aforementioned projects.

A couple of phone calls. One in particular to the mortgage company. Don’t know if I shared this little tidbit of personal business & finance so if so just skip the next paragraph.

Speaking to a manager last week at Bank United, even tho the $450 fee for THEIR own appraisal of 4901 seems steep and smacks of corruption, to let it go until PMI cancellation automatically kicks in at $96/month in 2019 would be a significant savings in MY FAVOR which is nudging me to make the call to initiate that ugly process. So another battle is about to break out.

I have naturally got more I could go into but revenue (aka $$$) is coming in from Art by Bill and none (aka nada, zero, $ 0.00) from Writing (or blogging) by Bill. That said …
