26 J Two-thousand ate-teen

This is a big day Fans. Much to divulge & report on so let’s get this party started. Happy birthday the Great One, #99 Wayne Gretzky AND to FB. And it was on this day, a Friday night, in Richardson when I took the stick blade between the eyes, walked into the ER holding the white blood-soaked towel to my head and waited all night for eleven (11) stitches. Three (3) ‘deep’ and eight (8) regular whatever that is. History.

*Well after SCOURING files, folders & old memory sticks, I gave up. Trust me … this one is accurate.

I withdrew from the deep freeze a very large chunk of tuna fish for supper Friday. It had to be 5 lbs and magnifique. So I am looking at fried rice with tuna, pasta with tuna, breakfast tacos with tuna and of course tuna salad. Hey, if left uncooked, it would have spoiled much quicker. Oh, I nearly forgot. I developed a recipe for poke. You know, the Hawaiian fish salad made with tuna. But I adjusted and made modifications with only ingredients I had.

For ‘Maui onions’, I didn’t even use red onions in this case. And the yellow ones worked fine. And the ‘kakamini’ sauce, get real.

I took ¼ c walnuts & ground them in the mortar & pestil adding sea salt and it was fine.

Things like that. It was very good.

I delivered the commission which is today's prime image. A very nice payday indeed. Need about one (1) of those per month.

The shorebirds are part of a large collection and the entire presentation is striking & lovely.

Big dull & boring weekend awaits. Next week Silver should be ready. That is going to seem very odd to have wheels again.

This machine is going way too slow all of a sudden so once again I am closing prematurely more out of frustration than anything else. No sense slamming the details but as you know I have way too many better things to do.
