XXV F MMXVIII

Hello & Greetings Fans. Only ten (10) more months until Christmas and isn’t too soon to start thinking about good gifts for your inner circle which I began today. Actually, earlier in the week when I was still working but mas today.

I went to the bead, gem, mineral & jewelry show in Grapevine and spent a couple of hours browsing many, many beads and raw materials for making the jewelry I will soon be very famous for. The shapes, colors and the various other miscellaneous items a could be overwhelming but my advice is one bite at a time.

I bought some interesting ones that I thought I could do something with but time will tell. If nothing else, I have a growing collection of such things. It felt good to spend a little money in what I am now calling & fully understand 'therapeutic shopping.'

Afterwards, when I got back home I was overjoyed & delighted to leave Silver out of the garage and do some work on bases for tropical fish sculptures. Then I painted on the first full-size achilles tang. This one is getting very close to being done. Maybe tomorrow, certainly this week it will come together and look for it it as the image of the day any time.

But maybe not.

This MAY be it for F 18. No promises but I could use a could of days off to do other work. Like taxes. Data gathering mostly. I really need to get the package to Lisa so she can work her magic and I can get my refund.

I MAY take the leap & get a new machine this week. This one is becoming just way too slow and unreliable. A fella like me does not have time to waste loading, programs ‘not responding’, etc. Time to bite the bullet. Besides, it will be a deduction for next year. It all works.

HEY, WHAT ABOUT THE BLIP ON THE RADAR ?

No change. There is an alarm (IFF) going off and I cannot tell if it is a false alarm or not. You know, flame or flake. An asteroid or a hemmrhoid either way can be a PIA.
