16 A 18
Monday morning pre-dawn & everything is OK.
It is calm, chilly and still.
The birds or a solitary bird sings and in the distance the din from civilization and the highway driving dead commuters are revving up for the work week.
Last evening I finished the new x-file season while painting three (3) Achillies tangs so as not to fall asleep. Again.
Another great night of sleep. Window open and grateful the Siberian comforter was not stowed for the summer. A cozy 16 on the register and 13 cribside. Downstairs 17.
As usual a big day shaping up and leading into a big week. Practice this afternoon, a training ride if the temperature reaches 16 before 1:00 pm, carve, paint, clean, garden & yard.
Supper yesterday was a soup & salad with chard, spinach & lettuces from the jardin. The greens are going great guns & enjoying the cooler mornings. I finally saw a BEAN poking up thru the soil. The first after multiple attempts. A case of mild disappointment but already gotten over.
A trip out this day is in order. Leon has a small job ready & I have some other smalls for him plus the larger print I bought at the Woodlands Waterway Art festival. I still need to figure out how to get him & Randy connected for the frame material.
I have some correspondences as well. William Carlsen, author of Jungle of Stone, warrants a contact for kudos and an inquiry. Also, I would like to ping Anthony Keen on his thoughts on Marky Zuck, fb/social media and the state of the electronic society as well as impacts on mankind.
Then if there is any time left over continue on the BSL travel log. Which is where today'a image is from.
Hey, it's a sunrise ... GET IT ?
That’s enough.
