Still nursing the weekend hangover just a bit here Fans.

After a grueling training ride yesterday in a fierce wind, consequently the time was higher but wind training will be valuable later for often the winds blow strong off of the Plains in Wichita Falls. The distance is the key measurement and times naturally will fluctuate and are of secondary concerns.

Domestic ‘chores’ were addressed at which time some high quality pool time was enjoyed.

Concurrently plans were made for upcoming junket to Houston. What to take, securing the fortress, jardin readiness. The list is the same but NO delegating. What suffered was painting & wood-working. And of course cleaning.

Today at 10 I head out to Sears in Frisco to see if I can finally warranty exchange the edger. Shocked the HOA hasn’t issued a ‘friendly’ reminder yet. I can assure you it will come if not addressed.

Sunday night Bd12 (aka Br12) had a hat trick in the Bulldogs 5-2 win. I saw two goals, one the game winner and there obviously was another but it was at the far end and close in front of the net. So I was glad I went to that game.

The plumber showed up yesterday on time and did some repairs on the downstairs commode so no more running upstairs to p.

The rest of the day was spent in the pool lounging, relaxing and listening to the various playlists, spotify stations and tuned-in programming with old-time shows. Quite delightful.

Arranged FINALLY the back deck with the table, chairs and plants so it looks more like an additional room outdoors. This has been on the ‘to-do’ list for some time and shows progress can be made ANYTIME and frequently can be random & irregular.

Tomorrow morning it’s off early to Bonham for the first picking of 2018 bluets. Training ride to follow in the hot part of the day but the good news it is 24 k (15 M) short and hard. If the wind is down, surely less than one (1) hour but regardless around an hour give or take.

After last entry, I shall give readership a break and cut if off here at about 500 words if you are keeping score there at home.
