Ate too-ate ate-teen

Homeostasis is returning and may be back to 100% ‘normal’ after an unplanned down-day yesterday.

Light activities only and a leisurely ride around the block twice more for the air and loosening up.

More ‘data’ from Saturday is coming in and available. The BEST news (aka ‘spin) is that I finished 31st in the 100m Endurance ride. That’s for my age group, M 65-69. NEW DATA … ‘Total Pace’ 13.6 mph. Slight discrepancies between the chiptime.com website and the other third party the HH100 used. Just proves the fascination with data and most interesting to see where one stacks up relative to peers and age bracket. All very cool

Today, now Tuesday, attack those items from yesterday’s agenda that got nixed plus others.

Some artistic projects, … keeping the casa tidy, .keep taking the fluids,

I feel fine physically but the ability to get on a task and remaining focused isn’t happening.

A little more rest I am thinking is in order and rest in this age bracket is recommended and welcome.

I have a great book and dry bathing suits to there is my agenda and game plan for this day
