I took off Memorial day as a Holiday and returned to find the mail and in-box overflowing with the FAQ … 'Bill, what will be the status of Memorial day on the NCAB?'

Well, Emma, the jury is still out partially on that one.

I mean by that Memorial day WILL BE observed but exactly HOW is TBD?

Plan on a ‘special election’ coming soon to see what is favored among the population observing as is on the current ‘last Monday’ of May OR the old (IOW (more ... slightly traditional) LAST DAY of May whenever that happens to fall. Peeps and loyal citizens would get that random day off to experience what retirement is like and to keep planning skills sharp.
