WHOA Fans. Time out. Things are ACCELERATING way beyond and out of control. Six months to the day for Christmas and YES, I HAVE done some shopping. Saturday I lost my cheap sunglasses and TODAY I found them. A quick call to the range and Rick HAS THEM. Mother of Pearl how LUCKY can one get.

Today in the trip out I had to wear a more expensive pair which apparently got me noticed.

But let settle things down here for a moment lest things continue to wobble on the edge and OOC. (out of control).

I did a make up ride 97 K that was rained out to keep me 100% on the HH100 training program. It was awesome.

It’s 60M for those of you challenged by metric system and I finished the ride in less than four (4) hours WITH SAFETY SLOWS AND STOPS.

So class, the Math is simple … how fast did Bill go?

That’s right Emma. I KNEW she would get it. Even from Down Unda. It’s better than 15 mph. I checked the on bar (handlebar) computer and it was 24.5 K/hr so the pace is very satisfying.

The down side is the rest of the day was for all intents and purposes lost. A weight check was 173 lb which is as low going back to last year so that was good. I ate a bunch of fruit in the form of plums, watermelon and nectarines and later while at the APL had a severe download of the squirts aka diarrhea. Apparently I did not trim one of the plums well enough.

OUHHHH! TMI!!

GREAT question. I am going to make blueberry cordial. Very simple recipe, process and procedure. It should be ready for Christmas and that’s about all I’m going to say. It’s a Polish recipe and I now have ALL three ingredients and need only the flip-top canning jars that will hold 2.5 lb of blueberries, 2 c sugar and 1 qt of the BEST (aka ‘high grade’) vodka which here is Tito’s. Distilled 6x in Austin which is in Texas for the unannointed.

So there you have it.
