As was the case yesterday, low expectations this report seeing the light of day and making it over to substack. But I was fooled yesterday.

I am going to let that one slide by and slip away. Clearly you cannot differentiate a fool from fooled as in tricked by use of chicanery. You are sounding vaguely familiar as in x-wife, former fiance or ex-friend.

Weight check this morning I was a perfect 170.0. A bike ride is planned for today as I awoke at 2:07 and it wasn’t long before the stream of conscious harvested a fresh, new idea.

So I met the new doc yesterday and it went swimmingly well. It is a good change and without question a step in the right direction. Smart kid, personable and very close to home. I can walk to the office in 36 minutes and probably ride the bike in half that.

We reviewed my records Jenkin’s office sent over and good news on the colonoscopy. It is a year or two (2) out as I had it done in ‘17 when I was at the Home Depot which I recalled in a VERY TIMELY fashion.

Also, the office incorporates technology which is both super and wicked cool. For instance, I COULD do an on-line visit from home if necessary.

I thanked him for NOT doing the DRE on the first visit and waiting until next time. To which he replied they do not do that anymore. So boys, if confronted with this degrading and horrible option, beware. You MAY want to consider a new health care provider. UNLESS …

The Red Sox lost to the Astros AGAIN last night in the late innings and the local broadcasters started sounding like it was over and saying all of their ‘good byes’. I really like Joe C but the other guy Will F needs to be given his walking papers.

His ‘color commentary’ reminds this sports fan of golfer-turned broadcaster J Miller and that's anything BUT colorful. Miller’s color died when he changed out of those God-awful plaid pants.

During the 08 Ryder Cup he DROVE this American FROM the US on-course radio feed (broadcast) TO the European broadcast feed. I am not even going to look up drool because I don't wish to see Miller’s picture.
