Eleventh Sunday Ordinary Time and I VAGUELY recall dob of your Obedient servant the 12th Sunday some years ago now so it MUST BE getting close.
Short on time this morning so what else is new?
Company this week arriving Tuesday at the moment but like ALL plans subject to change.
The list is long and I have already ticked off a few of the Actionable Items (AI) and a fresh cup of hot coffee and the roll will continue.
This amusing on the new president and I am not sure iffen he is one of the 7 dwarfs or a new one we can call #8 … Gropey maybe?
I saw a ‘headline’ that a ‘high’ percentage of dem (‘THEM or those’) voters are experiencing ‘buyers remorse.’
HEY … I TOLD YOU SO and you PRPBABLY HEARD it here if not FIRS but OFTEN.
Monday I should hear if the next rounds of Plans need to be set in motion (or NOT) for Galveston in October. I am NOT anxious nor will I be depressed, down or ‘bummed out’ by the decision. I have thought about it at night but also have fallen asleep promptly.
WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
It simply means I am good either way with whatever decision is made or how the cards fall. Sometimes confidence wanes and I wonder iffen perhaps I do not belong or I am not a good enough yet. I DO NOT think about this too long or too often for I see others artists whose work should not have gotten them out of elementary school.
Mass today at Saint Guillermo’s the arcangel of The Hill so covered there. I am growing this whole Mass at home. Like learning something each time out. I know ONE THING … The Homilies are short AND getting better.
