Ate A 21

So many story lines this day and guess what? Yep. Time is once again a limiting factor and decisions loom, news lingers and all to follow in 1 k words or less.

The largest story is from the world of sports. Golf pacifically. Day one of the Masters. This year ON TIME and NO EXCUSES from CDC due to the synthetic flu epidemic.

I have it on the telly already and will play ALL DAY for updates thru-out.

Much like the first two (2) weeks of the Stanley cup playoffs for which during the first two rounds one gets to see more play and players and fewer of the mindless idiots aka ‘talking heads’. I use the colorless J. Miller and Faldo as prime examples.

At this moment in time sound is muted for some little creepy bearded whipperdick WAS explaining some weird kind of ‘fantasy’ betting scheme and which platers were a ‘steal’ and whatever odds. Absolutely MINDLESS.

SO WHO ARE YOU LIKING AND PICKING?

First, no sense ‘picking’. I enjoy watching the action and just admiring the golf course.

I went thru the list of players and see a lot of names I have associated with at the Colonial and many names new and foreign.

I must like my best bud and new Dad Jon Rahm, Phil and I see Paul Casey. I have photos with each of them you know. Marc Leichman, Rory Mc, Xander S and of course ‘others’.

Tankers, those not-so-fav include defending champion D Johnson who is about as drool as they come. Were he an ice cream flavor it would be tofu-vanilla both organic AND gluten-free.

Not crazy about Bubba either. Tiger has a note from his doctor.

Other news, no call from WWAF so aborting and scrubbing those plans. I will set up for Saturday only on the square in ‘historic’ downtown McK for Arts in Bloom.

WAIT, ISN’T THAT A THREE (3) DAY EVENT?

It is but I found a ‘loophole’ and one and done works better for me. Besides, over-exposure to the local arts ‘community’ could be problematic and toxic.

Revamping Plan(s) between now and then what to take and set up.

The window is 10am-12 for install on the new dishwasher. I started and honestly tried to DIY (DIMyself) but quickly justified the cost and better uses for my time.

I need to use the dishwasher for sanitizing and sterilizing glass jars for the 2021 pineapple-coconut-rum conserve and jam.

Last night I started the processing which included peeling, chopping and boiling trimmings for juice. I also experimented putting small batches in the dehydrator with sprinkles of cinnamon on some and some very light brown sugar. I missed a few chunks in each batch so there will be some NOT flavor-enhanced.

I must finish up some gardening. I had a stellar day yesterday and stopped before completing all the tasking. The layout, design and planting mix selection is the best since I can recall for ANY year here.

Yes Fans things are really shaping up.

Spring is in FULL SWING (sorry) with the Masters, birdies singing (sorry x 2) and planting in anticipation of bountiful harvests.

Once the mercury rises above 16° C, a speed ride for an hour will break up the day nicely.

Paint the Qt.2 and 5 for the show Saturday. I think each could sell.

Todays image is the remainder of the first batch lot of peppermint angelfish in frames.

I started with six (6), gave one to FB_nextgen for her birthday and she says she ‘loves it’.

Sold the second one to a local collector and repeat customer which I call ‘Patron’ of the arts.

There are and IS a second lot of six (6) pulled ahead and ready for fine carving and surface texturing however after finishing painting this first set until one or two are sold I am in NO HURRY to advance the next batch.
