One J Caesar suffered what many great leaders succumbed to. One does not get to the top without climbing up and over the backs of others. All is well until something goes sour and then a few malcontents band together (aka ‘conspire’) and before one can say ‘et tu’, they knife YOU in the back.

Anatomy and physiology for $500 …

Up early and already behind schedule after an awful bowel movement or better stated LACK of said ‘movement’. I vaguely recall my Mom the RN daying something like 'impaction' but I don't have time to look up and fact check right now.

It was a short ordeal but as it did eventually pass NOT without some labor (sorry) but sobering none the less.

While I did not put the clock on it, I did read every magazine in the rack while trying to push a basketball (but maybe a football) thru a garden hose. I recalled all the breathing exercises learned long ago in the Father-coach natural birthing class popular at the time to no avail.

The letter could get there today but not likely until tomorrow or Wednesday and then reply or response has to filter back. So ‘hold pattern’ and press forward in the meantime.

Meeting with the new printer and their graphic artist today to set new business cards.

The sun is up, it will warm up nicely and last night the Siberian comforter came off and the ceiling was fired up for the first time.

As mentioned and implied the light in Studio Alfa is PERFECT for painting so going to close, listen to the second episode of the Lone Ranger and commence painting.

The William Tell overture gets my vote for the next National Anthem when the current one gets rejected by the Cancel Culture knitwhits rising to ‘power’.
