NINE-THIRTY

9:30 ALL DAY and it looks like a good one. Heading up US75 aka THEE Central ‘Expressway’ to Glen’s sawmill with Donnie & Charlie.

WHAT FOR?

The first short answer is none of your business.

But take a second and sort out what would one go to a sawmill for? I mean I GAVE you a clue …

IDK & IGU. I'M A GIRL. CALL ME NAMES AGAIN AND I’LL QUIT.

Very well.

I need some wood for another and fourth weight for the tent and the art show. I have three (3), REQUIREMENT clearly states four (4) in the event of wind. So scramble protocol in effect.

Charlie has some kind of exotic tree that he is interested in speaking to Glen about. Glen has the equipment to transform a tree into lumber.

Donnie’s just going for the ride and escape from his bride. IOW, out of the house and off the property.

A fairly good day yesterday as I self-relieved myself from a scramble protocol exercise again for the Galvez show. Talk about prayers answered. ProPanels is going to make the support poles which I was looking at making from ½” electrical conduit. This took off my plate cutting the 10’ pieces purchased to length (7’), powder coating them black and drilling the holes EIGHT (8) times with NONE of the required tools or machines I needed. Yes, so it was huge. No matter that it will cost me a few dollars in this case TOTALLY worth it.

This allowed me to focus on the next non-logistic challenge rather a strategic item and that is completing the database for the website and bulk upload. I am ahead or schedule and amped up about this as all that needs to be done is posting via url linking images and VIOLA … I have a template for not only eventeny, but the Galvez show and, triumphantly, my own website via etsy or whatever. (!!!)

WELL THERE CERTAINLY AREN’T ENOUGH U’S IN HUGE …

I can see I am wasting time with you this morning and much more pressing activities are calling.

I can report I have turned around the weight gain.

SHARE THAT ONE POR FAVOR … !!

By riding every other day for one hour, around the block on the hybrid, four (4) laps aiming for 15 minute splits and two (2) light meals, NO SNACKING and NO candy treats I am back under 174 and dropping. Creating the caloric deficit is essential.

High quality fuel in the form of meals also helps as does the timing.

After a minor seasonal adjustment, breakfast of 18+ ingredient oatmeal early in the day blocks out the nibbling/snacking urge of the later summer breakfast. Supper/dinner or afternoon/evening meal MUST be taken between 4-6 pm.

This schedule and pattern my research has told me takes full advantage of metabolism revving and peaks. Also, the bike ride is every other day and NOT every day and I am thinking or planning on longer rides on the weekends at least until we drop to the 16° Comfort level for the winter. At this time OR those days a shorter session(s) on the stationary indoors will sustain the higher metabolic rate.

Pretty cool I think.

OK. Must dash.

Be well, stay healthy and do not forget to pray.

PRAY FOR WHAT?

Are you kidding? You ARE kidding …

Pray for our country, leadership, the church, someone in pain or trouble, Family, enemies …

OK, OK I GET IT.

FINALLY !

See you sometime in October (Ø).
