Second Entry for N 2020
It’s Friday and the Universal Day to celebrate. Find SOMETHING to celebrate and drag yourself out of the doldrums for crying out loud OR whining.
Your Correspondent actually completed a couple of projects yesterday and report I AM felling quite well about and with myself.
OK. WE SHALL BITE.
I knew you would.
I finished a flower bed long in the planning stage and deliberately and gradually completed. I took landscaping ‘pavers’ I shall call them which were forming a 20th Century ring and containment feature around the Chinese pistache. With ceremony, flair and flash I felled said junk tree and moved the pavers south about 12 feet (4 meters +/-) and made a very cool quarter-ring that smacks of my Dad’s talent channeled. Today or this weekend I MAY rent a stump grinder and finish job.
The plan is to replace the pistache with a gingko biloba already picked out and priced from Chambersville tree farm.
Subject high-value tree will be planted optimally in the Spring, same or new created hole.
I did some painting and that was a lift. The next show is local, first weekend in December so revving up for that.
So much to do still.
And that’s it.
The creativity well for the written word has just as suddenly dried up.
Have a stellar weekend and remember to pray.
