I FINALLY reached a doll that was intimate with Customer Service, understood my problem and SOLVED it. The truly sad and ironic part was she asked me to complete the survey which I GLADY agreed to for her sake and high marks after the call. I held on the line and then was CUT OFF not completing the survey. Alice was great, a true All-Star.

A beautiful day shaping up and then the seasonal chilly weather will be returning with rain on Friday and continuing for the term. In a repeat from yesterday which included a long bike ride and a spa session less the vitamin D fix which today should be remedied.

A block of valuable solar (vitD) time yesterday was lost while I visited Mitas (pronounced mE-toosh) Winery to buy some local wine. I visited and chatted it up with winemaker Lisa briefly and got home after solar perigee but did get in a warm, relaxing spell sans soleil. Still nice but today will be better hence the short entry.

The combination exercise and cooler temperature enabled your correspondent to sleep like he was clubbed on the head. Awoke FIRED up and now ready to ATTACK.

Signing off to ride, soak, engage in the Holiday preps which are growing more stressful each day and then do some artsy-fartsy work to pass the time until notifications go out tomorrow for 2021 WWAF.
